Cuts contained in 20 lb pork boxes - Cuts vary with availability but a good example would be 2-lb. pork roast, pork chops in packages of 2, pork steaks in packages of 2, 1-lb. packages  of bacon, brats, breakfast sausage, bulk sausage or patties. 


3) 100% Grass Fed Beef - $4.14 per pound for whole beef and weigh approximately 620 lbs hanging weight.   Half a beef is $4.24 per pound and weighs approximately 310 lbs hanging weight.  



4) Grass Fed Grain Finished Beef - $4.24 per pound for whole beef and weigh approximately 620 lbs hanging weight. Half a beef is $4.34 per pound and weigh approximately 310 lbs hanging weight.
