Pastured Poultry - 2.99 per pound, average dressed weight 5 lbs. These are whole birds unless you request them to be cut up, which is an additional 70 cents per bird.   We have a five bird minimum order.

Pork - 3.49 per pound for whole hogs. Approximate weight 160 lbs hanging weight.   Half hogs are 3.69 per pound and weigh approximately 80 lbs hanging weight.

Cuts contained in pork boxes - Cuts vary with availability but a good example would be 2-lb. pork roast, pork chops in packages of 2, pork steaks in packages of 2, 1-lb. packages  of bacon, brats, breakfast sausage, bulk sausage or patties and an optional half ham  (approximately 7-8 lbs.). 


3) 100% Grass Fed Beef - 3.79 per pound for whole beef and weigh approximately 620 lbs hanging weight.   Half a beef is 3.99 per pound and weighs approximately 310 lbs hanging weight.   Quarters of beef are 4.29 per pound and weigh approximately 155 lbs hanging weight.

4) Grass Fed Grain Finished Beef - $3.69 per pound for whole beef and weigh approximately 700 - 800 lbs hanging weight. Half a beef is $3.89 per pound and weigh approxmately 350 - 400 lbs. Quarters of beef are $4.19 per pound and weigh approximately 175 - 200 lbs hanging weight.

Cuts contained in beef boxes - Cuts vary with availability but a good example would be various roasts and ground beef. Some, but not all, of the following steaks; rib-eye, t-bone, sirloin, grillers, porterhouse, & round.
