What is Pay as they Grow TM and what are the advantages?Pay as they GrowTM is a term we use to describe our pay plan for buying products (Beef, pork or chicken) There are several advantages, but most families place at the top of the list the fact that their product is paid for, over a predetermined amount of time, including processing, and when it’s ready to go to the meat processor it's paid in full. All of our pork and beef is processed in a Ohio Department of Agriculture approved and inspected facility. This is your assurance that your product is inspected according to ODA standards. All meat is vacuum packed. Chicken is processed here on the farm and you must pick it up at the farm on the day of processing.
What is the price for your products? How much does it cost? Our pork starts at $3.49 per pound (hanging weight) processed and picked up at our farm. Delivery is available.
Beef starts at $4.29 for quarters, $3.99 for halves, and $3.79 for wholes. Prices are processed and picked up at our farm. Delivery is available.
Pastured poultry starts at $2.99 per pound (hanging weight whole birds). All poultry must be picked up at the farm on the day of processing.
